When will my product ship and arrive?
Most products will be fulfilled and ready to ship, the same day of purchase or the following day. Product purchases indicated Free Shipping will be shipped using Standard Shipping with a transit time of 3-10 business days. Faster shipping options are available at an extra cost.
Please allow 14-21 business days for International shipments. Most shipments will arrive before then but allow the allotted time to be safe.
Do you ship internationally? Will I pay additional fees for international orders?
Yes, we do ship to several countries internationally and all shipping options and related costs are calculated during checkout.
All orders ship from the US. When an order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These prices and costs are not included in our pricing and we are unable to calculate import fees added to your shipment
If applicable, these charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination, prior to delivery. The recipient is responsible for complying with import laws and regulations of the country of destination including applicable taxes and fees.
Will I get the correct plug for my country?
Yes, but for the first quarter of 2021, the plug will arrive in a separate shipment. More than likely, your plug will arrive first as it’s sent from our European fulfillment centers. Later in 2021, our fulfillment warehouses will insert the correct country plug into the KOZE unit packaging and you will receive it in one package.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that will be sent directly to your email which you can use to keep an eye on where your package is and when it will be delivered.

Can I change my order once the order is place?
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to apply any modifications. These modifications include but are not limited to cancellations, shipping, billing/payment, and/or item alterations. If you have an address-related concern, you may contact the appropriate carrier, once the order has shipped and you’ve been issued a tracking number via email.
Will all my items arrive at once?
In most situations, all items will arrive at once. If you are purchasing multiple KOZE X Series panels, though they are shipped at the same time, there could be a chance the carrier splits up the boxes into multiple shipments. Please keep an eye on your tracking number for more information. For international shipments, the power cord will be sent separately and will likely arrive first. If not, please contact us immediately.
