How do I use it?
Clean, dry skin. Press and hold the power button about 3 seconds. Each mode runs 10 minutes from the moment you select it. Use it 5–7 times a week. Water-based products are fine beforehand; skip oils, thick creams, and mineral sunscreen during the sit — they block light.
When will I notice anything?
Some people notice a change after about 10 consecutive days. Typical visible results take 4–6 weeks of consistent 10-minute sessions. It is not a miracle overnight. It is a sit you keep doing.
What’s actually in the mask?
122 LEDs on the face, 504 chips total. Four wavelengths: blue 415 nm, orange 590 nm, red 630 nm, near-infrared 850 nm. Near-infrared can look “off” because you can’t see it. Cycle the mode button if a panel looks dark.

It won’t turn on, or a section looks dead.
Plug into a wall outlet (not a switched power strip), charge fully, and hold power 3–5 seconds. Near-infrared LEDs are invisible, so a panel can look partly dark while it’s working. Remote quiet? Replace the coin-cell and stay within about 10 feet — the buttons on the unit still run everything. Flicker is usually a weak outlet or a low charge. Still not right? Email support@kozehealth.com with your order number and a quick photo. We’ll send a free replacement. You don’t ship anything back.
Can I return it?
Yes. 30 days, if you’re not satisfied. That’s separate from the free replacement if the unit fails.
